NOBODY'S PERFECT
JFK Center for the Performing Arts
Nobody’s Perfect taught me about accessibility. Not only did this musical feature a deaf actress, the performance was in American Sign Language as well. I enjoyed the challenges of designing for deaf actors - from colors and patterns to the accessibility of the designs. Because of this experience, I have over a decade of experience working as a transliterator for the Deaf.

BARBER OF SEVILLA
Concept Designs
My costume renderings for The Barber of Seville won a prestigious Costume Design Award at the Prague Quadrennial Scenofest, the world’s largest theatre design exhibition. Reimagining Rossini’s classic through the lens of the Wild West, I crafted a Spaghetti Western-inspired world where Figaro trades his shears for spurs. This award-winning design merges operatic elegance with early 20th century cowboy, proving that high notes and high noon can go hand in hand.

THE SERVANT OF TWO MASTERS
Carlo Goldoni
Designed for a production starring Billy Magnussen (Into the Woods, Aladdin, Boardwalk Empire) and directed by Gerald Freeman, these costumes evolved from a vibrant, playful concept into a refined interpretation of traditional Commedia dell’Arte. The shift in design brought a heightened theatricality that better served the production’s vision. Each costume went through 2–3 prototypes, meticulously revised to ensure both artistic integrity and performer functionality. Below, you’ll find photographs from the production alongside the original sketches, capturing the journey from concept to stage
